3D Printed "Magic Arms" Help Little Girl lift Her Arms and Play

Emma was born with a condition called arthrogryposis, which meant she couldn't move her arms. When trying to help Emma live with the condition, doctors gave her a metal exoskeleton - but it was too heavy for a 25 pound child. Two researchers, Tariq Rahman and Whitney Sample from the Nemours/Alfred l. duPont Hospital for Children in Delaware came up with a lightweight device to help her. Using a Stratasys 3D printer, they created a robotic exoskeleton that allows her to play and move.
