The Danish based company Realfiction is doing amazing things in the 3D and Hologram world. Realfiction has developed 6 revolutionary products the project real, good looking, and eye catching holograms that are viewable from multiple angles. These images are full color, and can even be projected onto physical objects. Most of these hologram projects are intended for commercial Point of Sale (POS) use, and studies have shown that they can increase sales 110% instantly!

Realfiction's main product offering is the Dreamoc XL (their newest version is the XL2). It projects a fully holographic 3D image that is viewable over 180 degrees (other Dreamoc models have full 360 degree capability). Realfiction says "Dreamoc is a powerful way to showcase your product. It is a mixed-reality display designed to present products or artifacts in combination with free floating holographic video elements…Due to its stunning visual effect, it quickly becomes the center of attention in any retail shop or exhibition, creating that all important foot traffic and brand awareness. Dreamoc XL2 creates the instant stop and wonder effect that all retailers are looking for." The best way to showcase this new technology is with video - check it out!

The smallest of these hologram machines is called the Dreamoc POP. The POP is a tabletop display that you can put physical objects inside of to project holographic images on to. I know this sounds a little confusing, but watching this promotional video will help you get the idea:

From Realfiction's website regarding the POP: "The Dreamoc POP is a price effective holographic display which uses the proven technology from the well-known Dreamoc™ series. The Dreamoc POP offers you the possibility for promoting your product in 3D in crowded retail areas such as on the shelf, by the counter, at blistercard displays, in cafes/bars/restaurants, retails shops, shopping centers and much more."

See Realfiction's website for info, videos, and more, here.

(You are probably wondering how much these displays cost… so do I! Pricing is pretty much impossible to find, so 3DGeeks will do the research and give you the full report. Stay tuned for more updates coming soon!)
