This brings a whole new meaning to "3D Modeling."
Fitnect is an interactive virtual fitting room application built on: augmented reality, cloth physics, and full body motion capture (using the Xbox Kinect). As a customer you can select garments from the menu without trying on any real clothes, then move about like you normally would. Watch yourself onscreen with a 3D copy of the selected piece of clothing, then buy the item using a QR code, or post a picture of yourself on Facebook to see what your friends think. You can control the program by pushing virtual buttons right in the air!
