We have seen some fake iPhone hologram videos before, but this one seems pretty legit. (Although you really can buy holographic keyboards, like this one for only $135)

This video displays the same kind of technology used in Realfiction's hologram displays, which use a special kind of crystal to distribute light.

The video's description says this: "iPhone 4s 3D Hologram Video. A hologram generated by -3.75 index prism crystal via the ultra bright iPhone retina display. As you can see the 3D hologram display will rotate different angle, dependent which side you're looking at."

Its not too hard to do, you just need the right crystal and video. Maybe we will post a "how to" if we get enough interest!
