The Despicable Me Minion Mayhem ride adds you to the Gru's team of minions to join Gru and his daughters on a on a new 3-d ride through Gru's laboratory. (Sorry Jimmy Neutron - You're outta here)

The ride is in rehearsal mode now with a grand opening scheduled for 7/2/2011. While in rehearsal mode the ride will operate intermittently while they fix bugs or tweak the system, but early reports say the system is smooth for those willing to brave a 90+ minute wait in a Florida summer theme park ride. Fast passes should be available after the grand opening.

No filming has been allowed in the ride as yet, but here a few construction / reports / queue vids that should give you the jest.
