Floating around the Web. Stumbled on these cool 3D lights from Lampeez. Worth a look.
Found these little beauties from a company called Lampeez on a sidebar ad while surfing and they caught my eye. Seemed like something to share.
I've seen 3D lamps before. Typically on sites like Etsy, with a local artist with a few cool layouts. But these folks have over 200 hundred to choose from with some very high detail, and multi-colored led choices. Well, appears high detail. I haven't actually held one in my hand yet. The coolest thing is you can upload your own design, and they will engrave it especially for you for $179. That's something I haven't seen before in this style of lamp.
If you are unfamiliar with acrylic 3D lamps. The design is etched into a flat piece of clear acrylic, in the case 9 inched by 7 inches, in varying depths. Then a light is shined through the bottom of the piece, giving it a 3D, holographic, look. The downside is for the best effect, you have to be looking at the piece head on. However, they are cool to rotate changing the look from 2d to 3D art as it moves. This video will give you a better idea.
The average cost is $59.00 per item but there are a number of coupon codes available to reduce the price.
