I wish I could read Japanese, because I'm a tad confused here but this looks like a a promo video for a new 3D card game from japan called Rocca which recently won a Good Design Award from Spoon & Tamago.
A group headed out with shaded hexagonal shapes and created a rather lager piece of sidewalk art in hurry. Neat to watch.
