This 3D video was just upload a few hours ago, and looks like it some sort of new App on what may be the new iPad. The title, written in Korean, reads "rhythmic fluctuation AR test".
We suspect AR = Augmented Reality. This is something NASA has been recently playing with with rover expedition software. The 3D animated bear overlays on the on the live image of the table, captured by the iPads camera. Think of it as Roger Rabbit - in reverse. Looks like it'll be coming to your home soon.
